Develop Php Script to add account to postfix email server

I am looking for a skilled PHP developer to create a script that can add user accounts to our Linux-based postfix email server. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Linux servers and be familiar with the postfix email system.
The script should include user authentication features, with a preference for username and password authentication. Additionally, the script should have capabilities for logging and error handling.
