Develop an Outbound Calling Bot
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I require an outbound calling bot that primarily handles support outgoing calls. This bot will be required to make outbound calls to specified numbers. The process would be as follows.
Bot dials the specified number and waits for IVR response.
The IVR gives out a set of digits to be reverted for verification.
Once verified, the bot needs to select certain options via keying in digits and wait for IVR.
After specific options are selected by the bot, it needs to give out a set of digits to the IVR for processing. This set of digits should be read from a DB.
Once it is processed by the IVR, the bot should disconnect.
The bot should be capable of handling multiple outbound calls via different numbers or could work with multiple instances.
Key attributes freelancers should possess for this project:
• Experience in Voicebot development.
• Exhibit knowledge in creating bots capable of handling a high volume of simultaneous calls
• Proven track record in developing bots with an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system
