Develop a Lead Management System
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
PLEASE READ MY REQUIREMENTS COMPLETELY AND THEN SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL:
Current System:
1. We have a Google Sheet where leads are being added daily through various sources.
2. Once the lead is added, our Lead Review Team manually verifies the leads and shares those leads with our clients through email.
3. Each lead is unique, i.e., one lead shared to one client only.
Our Requirement:
1. Develop a back office (CRM) where all the leads currently residing in Google Sheet can be auto-synced.
2. Send automated email & phone notifications to the client as soon as the lead is being shared by the Lead Review Team.
3. Allow clients to log in to the CRM and access their respective leads. Comment / Flag if any lead is bad.
4. Expand lead record fields.
5. Alerts send to consultants for appointments (email and text).
6. CRM integration with Zapier.
Note:
1. Lead Management System will contain approx 10,000 lead records each year. So, I'm not expecting a huge DB planning for the project.
2. Usage of open source CMS like WordPress is preferred since it already has most of the basic modules available. And you do not have to build the entire thing from scratch.
3. User Interface should be pleasant. Open Source CMS like WordPress already addresses this point.
