Develop Dynamic Search that Pulls from Database of 1.2 Million Entries

We have a WordPress website that visitors can join by entering their name, email, etc. One of the fields they need to fill out when joining or editing their profile is a company field that should auto-populate as they are typing in the field. We need someone to develop the functionality associated with that field.
The data it pulls from is a list of 1.2 million company names which I have in a series of 4 CSV files.
Whether the data is in the database or some other method like an API is up to you and what you think would work best. As long as the field auto-populates in real-time.
