Develop a Drupal membership program

Required to implement a membership program for the portal. This membership program will record all members details including monthly fees. Standard operations like querying members details, produce report for admins, particulars details amendments and other standard operation for membership records. Upon finished registration system will be able to send an auto-email to the respective member.
