Develop a CRM similar to Hubspot - 5

I need an experienced professional to develop a CRM with some functionality like Hubspot. I already found an Open source CRM which have 90% functionality of Hubspot CRM and i am okay with that. Developer will be only responsible to functionally check everything including adding rdesign a landing page for this platform and change the UI/UK of backend.. Please bid if you can do this..
