Develop App using data feeds from Zoho CRM

We are looking for someone to help us develop an app for our business that is utilising the following sections and features, with most of the data and information coming out of Zoho CRM. This would be guarded by logins using the Zoho client portal features as a wall to get in and use the app and then having the app populate (as outlined below) the required fields.
The app needs to be guarded with login details
- Use the Zoho CRM client portal feature as the doorway for this app
- This restricts anyone from being able to use it unless they are set up as a user in our system
To be clear, if you are not proficient in creating apps using the API's from Zoho, please do not put in a proposal.
