Develop an App using Zoho CRM client portal, Widgets and Data Feeds

Hi. We are looking for someone to help us develop an app for our business that is utilising the following sections and features. This would be guarded by logins using the Zoho client portal features as a wall to get in and use the app and then having the app populate (as outlined below) the required fields.


The app needs to be guarded with login details
- Use the Zoho CRM client portal feature as the doorway for this app
- This restricts anyone from being able to use it unless they are set up as a user in our system

Client information
- View client details

- Capacity to update client information fields? Not hearing aid fields
- Piped in from our Zoho CRM account

View hearing aid information
- Hearing aid model
- Purchase date
- How many ears
- Receiver size
- Domes
- Warranty end date
- Invoice and receipt documents
- Piped in from Zoho CRM

Clinic contact chat - Hearing butler
- Ability for the client to directly contact the receptionist via a chat function/box
- Use the widget from the Chat IQ feature on Zoho

Gold club information
- Outline the tier of care the client has
- List the features and entitlements
- Static page of information

Gold club + benefits
- Very simple, create a series of blogs types on the back of the MBHC website that feed in and are arranged in this section
- Feed these into this section

Wax removal booking page/tab
- The widget from the Zoho Bookings section

How to section
- Place user guides for hearing aids
- Place how to videos with Maria

Contact section
- Provide all of our office, staff and contact information
- Static
