Develop an Accessible stock and crypto chart with Highcharts for me -- 2

Goal is to develop an accessible crypto trading chart using the charting library called Highcarts to be used by people using assistive software like text to speech screen readers. The charting library is written in javascript and it contains all modules necessary for building a fully accessible chart for viewing stocks or crypto. Please refer to the requirements file for more information. This should be a single web page once complete.
