Detailed Live Cash Flow

I need to create a cash flow from a live document that pulls amounts based on lot payout date or possession dates which ever first.
I need the Cash Flow to show the detail reports... what lot payouts on each day etc while pulling a running total.
I need to be able to edit payable expense and add misc expenses into the cash flow.
