Designing a simple program with a modern interface to compare supplier quotations and issue offers to customers

The program is required to:
- Using PHP with Laravel.
- The ability to compare wholesale quotations that can be uploaded in Excel or entered manually (Note: More than one Excel file is uploaded at the same time for supplier offers sometimes).
- Grouping products according to the price less than more than one supplier and then issuing a quotation to the customer after adding a profit margin, either a percentage or an amount.
- Save supplier quotations according to numbered sequence.
- Save quotations according to a numbered sequence and according to a specific customer.
- Issuing an open quotation for large quantities of products without specifying a specific customer.
