Design responsive website

Hello,
Looking for a website design (Current work) and mobile app developer (Future Work) if you can design both then place a bid.
I know it very well both designing but due lack of time unable to work on it.
In my Website we are home made food supplier based on available order.
We required in website
1) Separate admin panel (For manage order CRUD operation etc)
2) Customer Login
-(Everything should be available related to customer saved information in website. like Authentication of customer)
3) Order management
-(Option should be available Payment method Easypaisa and Jazzcash only.)
4)Database
All information should be available and changeable in database.
Preferable languages used for designing
php , Flutter , phpMyAdmin.
Time period - Not more than a week that is enough to design a website.(No discussion required).If you can't design in time period please avoid to place a bid.
One of the best example is FOODPANDA. but It's an example (for functionality) of website. Our website working is totally different. practical life example mumbai_dabba_wala.
No need to worry about payment if we like your work of website you will be awarded for our future application work. But for website payment it is fixed and not changeable.
