UX/UI Design for a Web Script

I have an website that uses PHP, HTML, CSS, JS and JQuery.
I need to redesign it in my simple form, the layout should be clean and responsive as an example.
This site has only one page that displays religious times.
It would be great if you could call it via a script that I could integrate into my WordPress site and display it on my WordPress site.
