Design a feature for alerts on Tradingview

HI,
I would like to have a kind of indicator or script for replacing the default Alarm feature in Tradingview.

I require this feature release alarms in ndicators and price, just like does the default feature on platform, including sending alarms on the APP.

Let me know what's the best option according your knowledge and experience.
