Design A Utility For Airbnb Market Research

I am looking for a market research tool that i can use online or desktop whichever will be more effective. This tool will grab all the data from the map view for each listing in whatever area i am looking, and will sort it into a database that i can easily find info that i want.
It will grab all the data (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, host name, calendar days booked, etc) this data will then help me analyze the market to see if airbnb is still profitable or oversaturated. This project will be simple and will show me the sortable data in nice easy to read layout, and analyze which areas have the most success and which ones do not. This project can be done for under $100 so no one that is trying to overcharge.
