Design a OTA Booking Site for Non-IATA Agency

Hello! I am looking for someone to design a Wordpress site for my travel agency that allows customers to book hotels.
The site needs the following functions:
1. Allows customers to book their travel directly from website without company booking it for them. (Uses API to book room)
2. Collects payment from customer directly and marks up hotel price and uses One time use virtual card to pay hotel (Or other automated payment solution).
3. Allows company ability to restrict which hotels appear on search and limit locations, as well as allows company to specify order of hotels.
4. Collects guest information through CRM and allows guests to add loyalty program information into system so it can be added to reservation. (Optional but preffered)
5. Allows guests to review hotels after completed trip.
The company is ok with creating listings for hotels manually but needs API for booking and getting real time availability and pricing.
