Design / Customize Wordpress Plugin for WooCommerce - Product Variations Table

You will be helping me to design, or customize a WordPress plugin for displaying WooCommerce product variations as a table in desktop and mobile browsers.
- Backgrounds:
I have been using a plugin ("WooCommerce Product Table" by Barn2 Plugins) for years but recently I faced the issue of dead slow loading time for certain products with over 20 variations. To solve this problem, I have downloaded and installed another handy plugin from Wordpress.org - "Woo Variation Table" by Alaa Rihan. I am okay with the fast and responsive results, compared to my existing plugin.
However, I encounter the following problem:
Functionality wise:
1) I need to show three elements in the frontend product variation table, a) Product Attribute Term , b) Stock level, c) Action (either Add-to-Cart button , or nil ). In this plugin setting page, despite there is an option to show the product attribute, it does not actually show it in the frontend table. I need to show the product attribute term (not slug) in the frontend product table.
2) For "Out of stock items", it still shows a "Add to Cart" button in the frontend table. But of course, it is a fake button, unclickable, and in grey colour. But it is best to hide this misleading button.
Style wise:
3) The "Add to Cart" button is a bit too wide. I have some product variation with long name. In order to keep the variation, stock level, add-to-cart button in a single row in the table, the button need to be reasonably small.
4) A text "Available Options:" and a table header are shown on top of the frontend table. I wish to disable these.
5) Despite the frontend table is responsive, in mobile screen format the "Add to Cart" button is changed to a separate row in order to fit to the screen. This results a bad looking table with many rows. I need to keep the variation in one single row, on both desktop and mobile format.
6) Would like to easily customize the style of the table, including fontsize, font colour, table padding, table border colour, button colour etc.
