Design and Build Customer Portal and Functions using API calls to external website

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to design and build a customer portal with various functions using API calls to an external website.
I have created a Flowchart containing all the information required for this project, but in summary:
We are using a new Project Management system for all of our jobs and I want a have customers do their own onboarding, but i also do not want to have an external database. I want to use the API for the Project Management System to get and store all the data
- Users should be able to create accounts and login securely
- Users should have the ability to manage their account settings, such as updating personal information and preferences.
- I also have various functions that are separate to this that require the information gained from the API
