Deploy booking app

Hi I am looking for a dev who has already done an app with the following. The idea is to re-brand and adapt what has already been done. We can also buy a template. We need to have this app in a delay of 2 weeks.

The projet is to deploy a booking app for small service compagnies. The idea is to help them reduce staff or fees by automating reservation.

-Add multi organization and SAAS feature to template or the app you have done.
-creat a dashboard with all the services by category and geographic. (End user can filter and search for the hair dresser in his city and book)

Merchant features
-Landing page and CMS for each merchant
-Merchant makes availability in backend
-Can connect with google or Outlook calendars
-Merchant gets notification by email and calendar when booking happens.

End user features
-user selects a service provider according to filters (geolocation ect)
-user selects a time frame.
-user selects the service
-user enter: name, cell phone
-user gets an sms confirmation
-24 hours before the appointment users gets sms to confirme. The merchants can make confirmation from end user mandatory.
-If confirmation is mandatory and no confirmation the time frame becomes available.
-The non confirmation are sent to a waiting list of users who want to be notified. (First confirmation wins)
-If user selects a non confirmation time frame his initial time frame becomes available.
-after appointment end user gets a rating of his experience by sms. A simple 1-5 star ratting and comment can be left.
