I'm developing a lifestyle and fashion-focused mobile app and e-commerce site, and I need a talented web/app development team or tech lead, ideally based in Dehradun, for a comprehensive collaboration from start to finish.

Key Requirements:
- Development of a dynamic and user-friendly mobile app
- Creation of an multivendor , multi seller e-commerce website with the same aesthetic and functionality as the app
- Implementation of core features in the app including:
- User authentication
- Shopping cart
- Payment gateway integration
- API
- Dynamic pricing
- Multilevel discounts

The ideal candidate or agency should have:
Full-stack web development (WordPress or PHP + MySQL/PostgreSQL)

UI/UX design using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

Frontend frameworks like React.js, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS
