User should be able to access and edit website HTML5 and php code.
Website should be hosted on free or inexpensive decentralised platform , like IPFS etc etc.
No hosting on traditional web hosting websites.
User should be able to access and edit website via Brave browser.
Please provide link to your sample website hosted on decentralised platform with your bid. It cannot be like http, https or FTP link.
It can be IPFS:// or other decentralised link.
