Decentralised Project planner
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I want someone to create a web-based app that sends out requests (larger tasks) to my building-contractors or engineers. Unique links, no login required.
Every request states a description of the works that need to be done and an estimated time (in weekdays).
The recipient can split his task into smaller pieces and name them, add time estimation.
The recipient needs to add a list of predecessors (stuff that needs to be done in order to initiated the job) per task. The system should run a live autocomplete search while typing in the predecessors. There should be a comment field per predecessor and task.
When saved, the system should update a list of activities, available to me. Every predecessor added, is also a unassigned task and can be assigned to someone else or merged with an existing assigned task. If tasks are added to an existing contractor/engineer, he will get an e-mail (and so on) to check them.
It should be as idiot proof as possible, preferably a user-friendly "step by step" approach, no large "forms" so users don't get overwhelmed.
UI in English, but should have languages support.
New tasks (including their predecessors and estimated time) should be memorized for future projects.
Planned tasks should be bundles per project.
MVP/testsite should be hosted by you.
Preferably use MariaDB, PHP and Vue.js.
