Debug Login for mobile 3g/4g

I am using the Azures Theme, with bootstrap, PWA. I'm in need of an experienced programmer to debug and solve an issue with my mobile login. The problem is that the login works fine on my computer and mobile when connected to wifi, but it will not pass post data when using cell data, no matter which device I use. I have already tried debugging the problem, but have not been able to find a solution. I need a skilled programmer who can debug and solve this issue and get my mobile login working on Android, iOS and Windows Mobile devices with both wifi and cell data. Thanks!
