Project Requirements:
We currently have a Laravel API running on our 16GB Server but it is slow (21 seconds to return data) & uses all 100% CPU via MySQL. It should not do this
We require an Laravel expert to:
1) Refactor/Improve the code for each of the 8 API endpoints
2) Fully optimize the Laravel configuration so it can handle requests at high speed without impacting the server
3) Identify & fix any memory leaks and efficiencies
