Dataset added to website

I want to add the capability to my website that will allow users to put in their zip code and retrieve information that is publicly available through: https://data.cms.gov/provider-data/topics/medicare-plan-finder

Also, I would like to add the ability for a beneficiary to be able to enroll. I can show you sample websites that already have the functionality.
