Datamine A MySQL Database

I have a MYSQL database with millions of records (>10 million). I need a simple method to retrieve every unique word from the database. Each table has multiple columns and records have fields with multiple words per field (in some cases, but not always).
I would prefer this to be a simple php website that has a simple password protection that I can set.
I would then like to connect the php website to the mysql database and then run whatever queries are required.
Once complete, the script should provide me an excel file with every unique word from the database.
I have no way to know the cost of something like this so I am putting a reasonably low project cost and we can discuss it from there.
