Database system that imports excel file and modifies it in another form

We need an web app let can display reports from excel file. Import should be from excel file and export should be in excel or pdf.
Web app should have multiple user ( admin and user with only view priviledge)

Export file should calculate time from dates of saturday and sunday from original report
