Database / search engine software

Needing a software that will compare trending data from google in comparison with an excel file to be compiled into a database.

My short term goal is #1
Taking the excel file and making it interactive so the user can get pricing easily.

Some items may be a stroller, where it pulls a price and a margin suggestion based on a list of things to look for.
> Being able to put in a quantity of items and have a calculator provide selling/purchasing cost based on the provided list.

> pulling pictures from google or excel file to show an image of what the item is.

> required authorized users to have access to login

Phase #2
Have Google look and scrape data to populate ideas.
Allowing that data to be compared with database files and provide some percentage differences.

have a bar code reference to find the same item
