Database kept conditional name field with counter on Wordpress

I use Crocoblock with Elementor that gives me a lot of freedom to create beautiful page but I need someone to create the missing code that Elementor can't give me to create the new version of my site. I'm creating a golf reservation site. When you reserve a game of golf, you need to add yourself and other guests depending on how many you are. My goal is to make it easyer for anybody to reserve and add guest with which i'm only allow to play 4 times during summer. My actual site is already working like this and can be shown upon request.
So here are the thing I'm wanting to do:
1- Choosing a number of guest and the number of text box asking for their name appear according to this number?Ex: if I enter 2 guest then 2 input box asking their name will appear. (this is already done by Crocoblock and is working)
2- Save those name added by client in (1) to database and use them for next person as a drop-down list on a certain name input box? If input box can work on both way, having a drop down for name already in database and also allow adding new name else we could use two input boxes, one for a drop down list of name that already been added and from which I can choose from. And if the name (person) I want to play with is not in the drop down, then I can add him or her to another input as text (in (1) which will be add in database to be added to drop down (2).
3- Keep track of how many time I use these names in (1) so if I use one for exemple more than 4 times in 4 different booking, then a message can be seen for me that I cannot play with this person anymore for the season. Keep track of every name added for each customer. This is just to make sure that anyone cannot play more than 4 times with the same person.
4- Make sure that if a name is already use in a booking that no one else can add this same person as guest for a game at the same time. As a person cannot play two games at the same time.
5- Ideally if a person as already been added as guest to a game, he won't be able to book a game himself as he's been already invited. So a message should appear also.
