Database CRM business management software

Hi

I need to develop a crm/ business management software that will help in managing projects, and the different tasks within each project.

My idea is that it will be similar to Monday, however it will be more suited to my business logic. The following data is what I expect to be entered for each project

- client contact-invoicing details
- project details
Site address
Project type
Start Date
Estimated Completion Date
Project status
- Fee Proposal Requested
- Fee proposal submitted
- Active
- Unsuccessful
- On Hold
- To be reviewed
- Completed



Work breakdown/Scope

Must be able to create/add multiple stages/tasks from a pre defined drop down list. Drop down list to include

Structural Design and Drafting
Civil Design and Drafting
Meeting
Assessment and Reporting
Certification Letter
Variation
Site Inspection
RFI - Client request for information
Shop Drawing Review
Redesign
Other/Custom

For each of these I want to enter a quoted fixed amount, invoiced to date amount, and remaining balance. Can chat further on how this looks.

For each of the work-breakdown stage or tasks I also need the function for staff to update the progress of the task once reaching a milestone.

I want a series of check boxes or drop downs in 10% intervals.

I will Need to be able to add notes to the project. For example, log a phone call, record the date, and by what staff member.

There will Be some aspects that are relational data

Let me know your thoughts.

If this is a web application, can we have two factor authentication, security issues? and storing/ backing up data.
