A Database

I must set up a database to separate our club's paid-up members from non-paid-up members. From the database, I must be able to print a separate list of name and address labels for paid and non-paid members. Paid-up members shall be given access to an online forum and a special section where they can upload details of their vehicles. Once memberships are not renewed access to the forum and list of vehicles is to be removed.
