Data querry form a website and build a searchable database from it for internal us

I would like to use the content of a non-captcha protected webpage , which is posting public tenders - several times a day - as a manageable database.
The goal is to extract the data of the adds that appear on this website and create an searchable database from it.
The site wher the original data is fonundable: https://arveres.mbvk.hu/arverezok/ingatlanhirdetmenyek.php
Some elements of the data are constantly updated (e.g. current price) so active automated communication would be ideal to update it in the database.
This site is a good example - what would be required - it collect all the data, include a map, list, stb. but I need the data as a database. https://licit.info/ingatlan/703577
