Data engineer to create a dataset for Power BI

I am building a PowerBI dashboard for a law firm.
The information will pull from two datasets and links to the relevant documentation are as follows:
LEAP (the cloud-based practice management software which monitors employee timesheets, budgets and profitability of client matters):
