For Institutional Inquiry and data entry;

- Certification Number
- Standard
- Initial Certification
- Status (Active/Passive/Suspended)

For Individual Inquiry and data entry;
- Certification Number
- Certificate Holder
- Training Name
- Training Date
- Status (Active/Passive)
We also need the admin panel for data management, editing and entry.
