Data (Parameters) from the NPI API Open Source II

Our Admin Panel is written in PHP and we have successfully integrated the NPI API. We are having issues with repeating same email ids and not getting all doctors list from the current npi api codes.
We have integrated the NPI 1 in our system. Now in Admin Panel Doctor List is coming: Image 1 attachment.
We have checked again NPI 1 API that all doctors are not coming. And also, same email id is coming up: Image 2 attachment.
Emails ids are coming up the same for all doctors. We need to send emails to individual doctors with different email ids. And in NPI 1 some doctors don’t have email ids.
Also, we have check again NPI API that all doctors are not coming up.NPI 1: Result
(In this response we get the Doctor Name, Address, Email id and Telephone number.)
May need to rerun npi api to capture all doctors list and individual email ids.
We need to solve problems so that we can get doctor management setup properly.
