Data (Parameters) from the NPI API Open Source

Our Admin Panel is written in PHP and we have successfully integrated the NPI API. We are having issues with getting some data (parameters) from the NPI open source.
Step 1: We have done the setup of NPI successfully
Step 2: We get the API from NPI (open source) but we get an error from it.
We need to solve problems so that we can get doctor management setup properly.
