Data Migratrion Tool Development in CodeIgniter

I have SaaS business. I want to build a tool to migrate data from Others database from my server. Table structure is Similar. For Example: I have Master Database with student_info table. My db server has other databases with student_info table. I want to migrate all student_info table's data in my Master Database. This is the core requirement. I have other requirements too. I prefer to work on CodeIgniter Framwork and Need someone who has good understanding on AWS and MySQL server.

All structure and requirements are defined. I will share documents and brief the projects only on selected candidates.
