Data Import from csv files to WP ALL IMPORT

I have have some import issues I would like to solve to allow a quick and smooth product data import. I have some plugins that help customers customise their order. However, the way such customisations are set up is by editing products one by one from the woocommerce backend tool. when such customisation data are exported to a csv file, the data are exported in serialized format (code format).
Therefore, I also can not import these customisations for a group of products all at once by using a csv file. The aim of the project is to enable the customisation data import in user-freindly format in order to help a normal vendor to fill in the csv file of the product (with is customisation).
a list of the customisation data I would like to import can be found below:
-Product Add-ons Data Import
-Order Quantities Control
-Measurement Price Calculator Data Import
-Discount Rules Data Import
-Wholesale Price Data Import
Additional clarification notes:
-Vendors should be able to enter product customisation data in unserialised (human readable) format
-Customisation data has to be importable as in the CSV file to WP All Import under the woocommerce add-on tab of the plugin
-The Product customisation data on the WP ALL Import dashboard should look exactly the same as the woocommerce product dashboard on my admin page
