Data Extraction from scanned documents using AI model

Hi,
We have to develop a solution for extracting data from images / PDF / Doc files using AI based model for any document which is uploaded by user.
E.g. User clicks a picture --> Uploads to Server --> Server Processes (Using API / OCR engine) --> Extracts data in to JSON format
Our current project is Angular + Laravel. We are looking for this urgently. Please apply only if you have worked on something like this.
