DPD Shipping & Sofort Payment Integration in CI Website and Its Flutter App

I am looking for a experienced person who can implement DPD Shipping API and Sofort Payment API in already existing website and App developed using Codeigniter and Flutter.

Requirements:

1.) Once the order will shipped, Shipping details will be sent to customer via website..
2.) During checkout customer can see Sofort Payment method.

And pleae bid if you are able to do it.
