DPD Shipping and Sofort Payment API Integration in Codeigniter Website and Its App Developed in Flutter

I am looking for a experienced person who can implement DPD Shipping API and Sofort Payment API in already existing website and App developed using Codeigniter and Flutter.

Requirements:

1.) Once the order will shipped, Shipping details will be sent to customer via website..
2.) During checkout customer can see Sofort Payment method.
