DELIVERY APP WITH CMS (web service only, including Google services)

We are looking for talented developer who can create web based delivery platform for our website (Woocommerce).
We need application with Google Service (live driver tracking, route distance, route traffic info, etc)
We have working e-commerce platform, registered Google API credentials and fully designed delivery app (web based) and the control panel for it CMS (also web based).
We might consider to create a real app later on or simply use phonegap to transform it into the app. At the moment we only need:
* developer web based driver application (we have it fully designed = 29 screens)
* CMS - control panel which is fully designed
* Google API registered (we will use multiple services)
We are looking for EXPERIENCE coder only.
YOU MUST HAVE:
* min 20 reviews
* Strong knowledge of PHP, JS, SQL, Ajax, Google
* must work alone, no outsourcing allowed
* SIGNED NDA agreement will be required
MAXIMUM BID: up to 3800$
MAXIMUM TIME: 45 days
