CyberSource Payment Gateway Integration and Fixing the Issues

We are looking for person who both knowledable, and can fixing this certin issues we are currently experiencing;
We managed to successfully installed and intergrated CyberSource Payment Gate on one of our website on WordPress. However, when we are testing it, we had found out that while the order request are successfully submitted, there are no actual money taken from the bank account that we uses for testing.
When we had notify the Krungsri Bank (Whom is the owner of CyberSource 'Sandbox' Account, that we are using and trying to integrates with our website) has informed us that our shop has yet to passing the test -
According to them, this is due to we are currently missing this two values below, when we submitting the 'Transaction', which we needs to solves, test the script, and send the test result back to the bank, before our Sandbox account can goes "Go-Live" , and thus can be use for real transaction;

In additional, from the Krungsri Bank they had informed us that the CyberSource, has found this specific issue;
"Yes , the devicefingerprint is submitted ,but it seems there might be issues when the cardholder is not staying long enough on the payment form for the Threatmetrix to generate on the Session ID ,"
In summary, they asked us to somehow make the customer staying on the Payment Form page for few more Seconds longer, or as in the CyberSoure guide stated here;
" To give device profiling time to complete, ensure that at least 3 to 5 seconds elapse between the execution of the profiling code and when your customers submit their orders."
If and once this manage to be complete successfully for our current website, we then may you to handle this same task for our other 2 additional websites, as well.
