CyberPanel Setup & Optimization for Laravel on Hostinger VPS

I'm seeking a professional to set up CyberPanel on my Hostinger VPS. The domain will be pointed from a different plan. Essential installations include Apache, PHP 8.1, MySQL, and other necessary components to ensure smooth and fast operation of a Laravel application. If possible, I'd like to have a Lightspeed Apache configuration.
