Customizing theme and upgrade Laravel of existing project

Hi,
There is an existing ERP project developed in Laravel 5.8 and front end is build with customized css framework called Ladda that is similar to bootstrap. We're now planning to upgrade our application as well us change in theme and structure. Our goal is to enhance the performance and meet the application with latest PHP 8.1.x version or above.
Planned developement stack
Laravel Version : 10.x (Will be released on February 7, 2023 but development version available)
PHP Version : 8.2.x (Will be released on November 24,2022 but development version available,https://wiki.php.net/todo/php82)
Bootstrap version : 5.2.x Stable (https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.2/)
MySQL/MariaDB Version : 8.x/10.9.x
I know you may wonder why we're planning this upgrade with development versions. That is because these releases will happen around within 6 months, ie very near. So probably when our new product will release at the time of releasing of next versions of this softwares. At that time the current version will be an OLD one. Also we can easily upgrade development versions to production version easily and there will be no or minimal compatible issues.In the case of PHP 8.2 there is change logs available so that you can plan it accordingly. We're looking forward freelancers who can take this challenge.
