Customizing WooCommerce user dashboard

I need to have my WooCommerce dashboard customized by deleting some default fields and changing the names of other default fields. I also need two new sections put in. One is a section for admin to manually put in Zoom meetings (short codes). The other one is for admin to add texts, links and Paypal buttons (short codes).

Please set the Woocommerce dashboard as the default one. At the moment a Learnpress dashboard is in use.
