Customizing Product Pages -- 2

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to customize my product pages. Specifically, I need help customizing the "You may also like" section. I need the freelancer to create these 2 objectives:
1. Show products from the same subcategory as a default - this is important - the products should be from the subcategory and not a category.
2. We should also be able to choose the products under "You may also like" manually, meaning we can override the previous rule.
