I need an Ecommerce website, with custom design and built on PHP Laravel framework or equally flexible. It should be built in English and Arabic languages for use only locally in UAE. It should be a fully responsive, custom-built e-commerce website. The design should be minimalist, sleek and user-friendly. This project includes not just the design and development of the site, but also the provision of a control panel that allows us to make updates without needing a professional web designer.

- Customer registration and their information
- Offers and clearance sale page
- WhatsApp and social media integration
- There should be content writing
- Search within the website should be fast
- Integrate a reliable payment gateway

- Exclude WordPress and any other pre-built platforms

There should be 2 types of product options to be defined by admin, one is that the product should have direct purchasing option on the website and another would be to present an RFQ to the admin.
The website will have approximately 10 product categories, within which there will be different product lines. The photos and description will be provided for some products and later the admin will update the rest. There should be a provision to resize the image for optimizing and faster load times.
Our current domain is aldecor.org and it is hosted with hostage hosting services.
