Customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software System: AUD$150

I am seeking a skilled and experienced software developer to create a customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system for my business. The CRM system should be user-friendly and allow our staff to input and manage customer data efficiently.
The system should have the following critical features:
1. Customer data input: The CRM system should allow multiple staff (30 to 50 individuals) to input customer data, including who created the data, date created, customer name, contact type, salutation, first name, last name, work email, position, company, company website, LinkedIn account, Source, comments, last date updated, etc.
2. User access control: The system should have user access control features, allowing me to restrict access to certain data based on user roles and permissions.
3. Customization: The CRM system should be fully customizable to suit my business needs, with the ability to add or remove fields, change layout and design, and customize workflows.
4. Security: The system should have strong security features, including data encryption, user authentication, and regular backups.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in software development and expertise in CRM systems. They should be able to provide examples of previous projects and references.
They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with me throughout the development process.

The project must be completed (that is, it has undergone testing and satisfies my requirements) within seven working days from the time the project is awarded. A prototype must be sent to me for testing within four working days from the date the project is awarded.
I will own full and all rights over the software that is developed.
