Customize wordpress+woocommerce

I have a Wordpress + woocommerce site that requires customization.
I'm looking for someone who has a lot of experience with Wordpress+Elementor+Woocommerce, as well as being ok with PHP and SQL for some deeper level customization.
The job is to customize watchxtra.com, I will provide instructions on an ongoing basis, probably involving around 10 hours per week.
Please let me know if you can start work immediately or not.
